Tartu to celebrate the 107th Anniversary of the Republic of Estonia

It has become something of a tradition for the people of Tartu to mark the anniversary of the Republic of Estonia with songs and speeches in front of Tartu Observatory. This year, a ceremony in honour of the Estonian flag will take place on Toomemägi Hill at 10:00 on 24 February, organised by the City of Tartu.

On the public holiday, Tartu Observatory will be opening its doors to visitors from10:00-13:00. The programme for the celebrations will be posted on the Tartu Organizes website.
