Wearing masks is mandatory in the museum. Over 12-year-olds must present a Covid certificate from 1 November

From Friday, 29 October, everyone is required to wear a medical face mask in the museum rooms.

From Monday, 1 November, all visitors over the age of 12 must present a valid Covid certificate to enter the museum.

We ask all visitors over the age of 18 to present one of the following at the ticket office:

  • a valid certificate of vaccination, or

  • a certificate of recovery from Covid-19.

From 1 November, we ask all visitors aged 12–17 to present one of the following:

  • a valid certificate of vaccination,

  • a certificate of recovery from Covid-19,

  • a certificate of negative result of a PCR test (made by a medical specialist up to 72 hours before), or

  • a certificate of negative result of a rapid antigen test (made by a medical specialist up to 48 hours before).

No testing is carried out at the museum.

We also ask all visitors to bring an identity document as the certificate is not valid without it.

Children under the age of 12 are not required to present a certificate.

In addition, please sanitise your hands at the entrance and keep safe distance from other visitors. Hand sanitisers are available in various places in the museum.
