To provide both tourists and locals with enjoyable Thursday evenings, the museum will be open late every Thursday, featuring exhibitions and the cathedral tower until 8 p.m.
“If you want to take a break from your computer and enjoy the sunset, the best way is to take a walk on Toome Hill and visit our exhibitions,” invites museum director Mariann Raisma.
The Tartu University Museum introduces the heritage of the University of Tartu and the city itself. Visitors can explore the cathedral ruins, children can enjoy the Crazy Scientists Lab and try on medieval and early modern costumes.
